How to reload prepaid account?

Step 1: Select ‘Reload Now’.

Step 2: Select your preferred reload amount.

Step 3: Select your preferred payment method.

Step 4: You’re done!

Step 1: At the homepage, select ‘View All’ option under Your Essentials section. Then select ‘Reload for Others’.

Step 2: Select or enter the mobile number for which you would like to reload for.

Step 3: Select your reload amount and click ‘Next’ to proceed.

Step 4: Select your preferred payment method.

Step 5: You’re done!

Step 2 (option A): Reload For myself - Enter the reload PIN code and click 'Next' to reload. 

Step 2 (option B): Reload For others - Select or enter the mobile number you would like to reload for. Then click 'Next' to proceed.

Step 3: Reload successful.
