FREE 5GB Data Roaming for 12 Months (Contract)

It is a 12-Month Contract offer that allow you to enjoy Free roaming in the countries listed above.
Once you subscribe, you’ll receive 5GB free data roaming each billing cycle for the eligible countries.
If you use up the 5GB before your next cycle, data will be blocked until renewal. To continue using data, you can purchase any Roaming Pass.

IDD –

FREE 30 mins IDD calls for 12 Months (Contract)

It is a 12-Month Contract offer that allow you to enjoy Free IDD call to the countries listed above.
Once you subscribe, you’ll receive 30 mins of free IDD calls each billing cycle to the eligible countries.
If you use up the 30 mins before your next cycle, subsequent calls will be charged at Pay-As-You-Use rates.

3. How do I subscribe?

You can sign up easily via the CelcomDigi App:

Open the CelcomDigi App
Tap “Shop”
Select “Freedom Add-Ons”
Choose your preferred Freedom Add-Ons and confirm subscription

4. How will I know if my Add-On is activated?

You’ll receive a successful activation notification once your subscription is active.

5. Can I still buy Roaming/IDD passes if I have a Freedom Add-On?

Yes. If you buy any Roaming/IDD Pass, the purchased pass will always be used first before your free Freedom Add-On quota.

6. How can I check my usage?

You can monitor your Roaming/IDD Freedom Add-Ons usage anytime via the CelcomDigi App under the Usage section.

7. What happens if I want to terminate early or after 12 months?

Early termination or contract expiry follows the General Freedom Add-Ons Terms & Conditions. (Refer to the General Freedom Add-Ons FAQ for details on early termination fees and post-contract options.)
