1. What is Rahmah Rebate Incentive Rebate for Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM)?
RAHMAH Rebate Incentive for Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) is a special incentive offering RM30 credit for prepaid users or RM40 for Postpaid users (only applicable on commitment fees based on user's plan as of a fixed date). This one-off incentive is specifically provided for the PDRM in conjunction with the 218th Police Day celebration on March 25, 2025.
2. Who is eligible to receive this RAHMAH Rebate Incentive for PDRM?
The RAHMAH Rebate Incentive for PDRM is exclusively available to PDRM members who are active subscribers of Celcom, Digi and CelcomDigi Postpaid or Prepaid plans.
For Prepaid customers: RM30 credit with a 30-day validity will be provided, which can be used to purchase internet plans and local voice usages.
For Postpaid customers: Up to RM40 commitment fees will be reflected in the bill
3. I am a PDRM members. What should I do to enjoy this RAHMAH Rebate Incentive for PDRM?
To ensure eligibility for the rebate, PDRM members must register or update their Prepaid or Postpaid phone numbers and submit their details to their HR department. The cut-off date for registration and updating information has passed. No new request will be accepted.
Please ensure your account remains active during the rebate period to receive the incentive.
4. Who is NOT eligible for the RAHMAH Rebate Incentive for PDRM?
Prepaid – Raja Kombo, Juara Keren plans
Prepaid / Postpaid - Customer performs new registration / change of plan or switch service provider after 30 June 2025
Postpaid – Fibre, Home WiFi, GadgetSIM
5. When can I expect to get this RAHMAH Rebate Incentive for PDRM?
Rebate granting will start and complete from August to September 2025, customers will receive SMS upon successful of granting. Please look out for the SMS notification message.
6. If I have both prepaid and postpaid lines with Celcom, Digi and CelcomDigi, will I enjoy the RAHMAH Rebate Incentive for PDRM for all the lines?
No, you are only eligible for one (1) RAHMAH Rebate Incentive for PDRM only. It may be reflected on your prepaid or postpaid line and you are not able to choose which line to receive the rebate.
