3. Eligibility |

3.1.1 To enjoy this offer, you must have an active CelcomDigi, Celcom or Digi line. This means your line must be able to make and receive calls.
3.1.2 Please note that the offer is not available if you have any outstanding bills, or if your line has been suspended or deactivated by CelcomDigi.
3.1.3 For Prepaid users, please ensure that you maintain sufficient credit balance for MobileSHIELD subscription and its continuous renewal. Failure to do so may result in unsuccessful renewal and cancellation of the protection service.
