iPhone eSIM Activation Guide
a. Transfer from a nearby iPhone
During brand new iPhone set up | After new iPhone setup |
Power on your iPhone Connect to Wi-Fi and log in with your Apple ID Complete initial setup Select the mobile number to transfer Enter the OTP received on your old iPhone into the new iPhone Cellular service will be configured automatically Tap Continue to finish the remaining setup eSIM activation is complete.
| On the new iPhone, go to Settings > Mobile Service > Set up Mobile Service. Choose the mobile number you want to transfer, then tap Transfer on your new iPhone to confirm. On your old iPhone, tap Transfer when prompted. eSIM activation is complete.

b. Scan a QR code or enter an activation code manually

Go to Settings > Mobile Service Tap Add eSIM Select Use QR Code Scan the QR code provided Tap Continue on the Activate eSIM page Wait while it displays "Activating" Once done, tap Done
| Go to Settings > Mobile Service Tap Add eSIM Select Use QR Code Tap Enter Details Manually Paste the activation code sent to your email and tap Connect Wait while it shows "Activating" Tap Done once activation is complete

c. Convert eSIM on iPhone

Go to Settings > Mobile Service Tap Convert to eSIM Confirm conversion by double-clicking the side button Enter the single-use passcode when prompted SIM is converted Process complete

Android eSIM Activation Guide
a. Scan a QR code or enter an activation code manually

Go to Settings > Connections Tap SIM Manager Tap Add eSIM Choose Scan QR from service provider Scan the QR code provided to you Wait for verification and tap Add Your eSIM is now activated
| Go to Settings > Connections Tap SIM Manager Tap Add eSIM Select Scan QR from service provider, then choose the manual entry option Paste the activation code sent to your email Tap Connect and then Add Your eSIM will be activated

b. Convert to eSIM on Android
Convert via Online Store and follow the instructions above to scan QR or enter an activation code manually.
1. Where can I find the activation code?
The activation code will be sent to your registered email after your request for eSIM activation is approved.
2. What should I do if the eSIM doesn’t activate immediately?
If the issue persists, please contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp or at +6016-333 1111.
3. Can I use the same QR code more than once?
No, each QR code or activation code is typically valid for one-time use only. If you need to re-activate your eSIM on a new device, you may need a new code.
