In the event the customer performs an upgrade or downgrade on their fibre plan at any time during the first twenty-four (24) months, the Pakej Perpaduan rebate will be nullified.

No, the promotion is only available for new registration Pakej Perpaduan Home Fibre only.
7. Is there a contract period for the fibre plan?
Yes, there is a 24-month contract period.
8. Can non-Malaysians subscribe to this plan?
Yes, a RM500 deposit will be required for non-Malaysians.
9. What happens if I terminate my fibre plan?
If you choose to terminate your fibre plan subscription within the contract period, the standard fibre termination process will apply, including termination penalties.
