6. What do I need to know about the Internet Quota?
The 333GB Internet is 4G+5G high-speed Internet.
Upon full utilization of the 333GB High-Speed Internet, any subsequent usage will be deducted from the monthly Internet quota, or any other Internet Add on subscription. Otherwise, Internet usage will be throttled to the speed of 64Kbps.
7. Am I able to do tethering / hotspot to another device(s) or desktop?
Yes. Tethering / hotspot is allowed for the 333GB High-Speed Internet.
8. How do I know if my purchase of this Add-On is successful?
You will receive a SMS upon successful purchase.
9. Is auto renewal available for this Add-On?
No. This is a one-time purchase Add On.
10. Can I use this Add-On quota while roaming?
No. It is only applicable for domestic use only (within Malaysia). Internet usage while roaming is chargeable on top of your monthly commitment at roaming charges.
11. What happens to unused Internet quota?
Any unused Internet quota will be forfeited upon expiry.
12. When exactly does my Mobile Internet Pass expires?
The Mobile Internet Pass will be valid until 11:59 PM on the 3rd day prior to the successful subscription.
13. I am not a CelcomDigi user, can I purchase this Add-On?
You must be registered as a CelcomDigi customer to subscribe to this Add-On.
