Pre-order is only available on Celcom Online Store and Digi Store Online.

6. When will the delivery start?
Delivery of the Samsung Galaxy S24 series will start on 7 February 2024 onwards.
7. Is self-pick up available for the Samsung Galaxy S24 series?
Self-pick-up option is only available for Digi. You may select the location upon check-out during your order.
8. What do I do if I have an existing device contract?
You are required to terminate your existing contract before you can sign up for the Samsung Galaxy S24.
For Celcom customers, kindly visit the nearest Celcom bluecube to terminate your existing contract. Once you are no longer contracted, you may proceed to sign-up for the Samsung Galaxy S24
For Digi Customer, you may perform the termination via nearest Digi Store. Once you are no longer contracted, you may proceed to sign-up for the Samsung Galaxy S24.
9. Can I cancel my order once the pre-order has been made?
Activation for devices contract is immediate and upon payment being successful.
Any devices purchased via Celcom Online Store or Digi Store Online cannot be cancelled and are non refundable. You shall be charged accordingly for the device purchased once payment for the device contract is successful.
